Action on Wednesday's Superstorm of Baseball
Yesterday was a fruitful day one of October Madness. We went 3-0 with the Astros picking us up in the 9th. However, today is the main course. There are eight games today, however, we are dong our best to only wager when we see positive expected value. So take our advice and enjoy baseball Christmas.
ATL (-130) vs. CIN - The Bravos might be the best hitting team in baseball and the Reds are among the worst. Bauer has been very good, but the margin for error is very slim with the anemic bats backing him up.
MIN (-140) vs. HOU - The Twins have now lost 17 straight playoff games. I know Pat Borders played in the 1st loss, so it doesn't really impact today's game, but they have to win eventually, right? Right?
CHC (-158) vs. MIA - Bartman payback. Regardless of records, the Cubs are just a much better team, with exponentially more playoff experience.
TOR (+125) @ TB - The plan was to get the series to 1-1. That's why Ryu is pitching game 2.
LAD -1.5 (-110) vs. MIL - The Dodgers are the best team in baseball. Thanks for coming Brewers.
